Job cost and financial data are synchronized automatically on a read-only basis every 30 minutes, ensuring users always work with accurate information while keeping Vista as the single source of truth.

Projections

Executives can trace costs instantly. When a high expense appears in GL reporting, AP Search filters by month and GL code to display the original invoice behind that cost. Project Managers can answer vendor questions on approval status or check delivery address without contacting accounting. Accounts Payable staff can see prior coding for vendor invoices, catch duplicates before posting, and retrieve attachments instantly for validation.

Within the Cost of Construction view, users can retrieve attachments from all Vista modules — including AP, Equipment, Payroll, and Job Cost — ensuring complete documentation visibility across every project expense.
